MY APPROACH
-
I honor the privilege of walking with you through tender places of the soul. My first commitment is to create a space of safety, warmth, and respect — where you set the pace, and nothing is forced.
I view defenses not as obstacles but as wise strategies that once kept you safe. Together, we welcome these parts with compassion while gently exploring new ways of being.
-
Relational attunement is at the heart of healing because the self is formed — and often wounded — in relationship. When we are truly seen, felt, and met by another, new pathways of safety and connection begin to grow.
For those carrying attachment wounds or injuries to the sense of self, this kind of attuned relational work is not optional — it is essential.
-
Grounded in Hakomi, mindfulness, and somatic practices, our work invites you into the living moment — noticing sensations, feelings, images, and memories as they arise. Together, we slow down and listen closely to the subtle language of the body, where so much of our story is held.
This process isn’t just about insight — it’s about landing your consciousness deeper into your body. As we grow our capacity to stay present with what’s alive inside, we create space for deep-rooted patterns to soften and new possibilities to emerge.
It’s an invitation back home to yourself — grounded, embodied, and connected. Welcome in, the water’s warm.
-
I work from the understanding that body, mind, and spirit are deeply interconnected. Our sessions may include:
Narrative work — telling your story
Somatic exploration — listening to the body’s wisdom
Mindfulness — cultivating non-judgmental presence
Heart & soul work — honoring your unique path and sacred purpose
Relational attunement — because we heal in connection
Ceremony & ritual — marking life’s thresholds
My approach is informed by attachment theory, neuroscience, transpersonal psychology, nature-based spirituality, and nearly 2 decades of energy work and meditative practice.
-
Because touch is crucial to human thriving, I value safe and intentional touch — always with your consent. This might look like noticing body sensations, using props like blankets or pillows, or therapeutic touch for grounding, releasing and support. Touch is never sexual and is always guided by respect, care, and clear agreements.
-
I welcome clients of all identities, genders, sexual expressions, cultures, faiths, and lived experiences. While I may not know every nuance of your story, I am committed to emotional attunement, cultural humility, and creating a space where you feel deeply seen, respected, and valued.
